Warranty Information
Most manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty or "limited" lifetime warranty. The real
test is how the customer, or dealer who has a prolem, gets it resolved. We value our
customers individually and try to go the extra mile to make sure that any problem is
worked out to your satisfaction. That means not only giving you a warranty but giving
you our "personal guarantee" that we will do whatever is needed to make it right.
Thomas Aaron Lifetime Warranty
Thomas Aaron hereby warrants that its billiard tables will be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the table with the original owner("Owner"). Thomas
Aaron agrees, at its sold option, with no charge to Owner, to repair, replace, or refund the cost of any
and all parts determined to be defective, whether in material or workmanship, by Thomas Aaron.
Replacement of the entire table is not required under this warranty. To obtain performance of any
obligation of this Lifetime Ownership Warranty("Warranty"), the Owner must contact an
authorized Thomas Aaron Retailer. Proof of purchase is required.
